Inspira is hosting three small Careers Fairs in Carlisle, Workington and Whitehaven specifically targeting unemployed adults who are eager to return to work or those considering a career change.
Upcoming Careers Fairs
The careers fairs will take place on:
7th November - The Solway Hall, Whitehaven, 10 am - 3 pm
14th November - People First, Carlisle, 2 pm - 6 pm
21st November - Carnegie Theatre, Workington, 10 am - 3 pm
These events provide a great chance for job seekers to connect with employers who are actively hiring for entry-level positions and apprenticeships. The best part is that they are completely FREE, making it a great platform for everyone to improve their career opportunities.
What Can You Expect?
- Meet Employers in Person: Dozens of local and national companies will be on-site, ready to recruit for a variety of roles. This is your chance to make a strong first impression and gain direct access to employers who are hiring right now.
- Explore Career Paths: Unsure about your career direction? Engage with professionals from various industries, uncover new career paths, and learn about the skills and qualifications needed for the jobs that interest you.
- Get Expert Advice: In addition to meeting employers, career advisers and training providers will be available to offer guidance on writing CVs, preparing for interviews, and developing essential career skills.
