Inspira's pre-employment programmes are designed to help people who are unemployed and live in Cumbria Lancashire, find work.
The programme prepares participants for the world of work through individual plans which include 1:1s and group sessions, work experiences, mock interviews and qualifications.
Inspira has a large number of clients currently looking for work.
Working with employers, Inspira can also establish specific sector programmes to fill immediate skill gaps, and works with Local Enterprise Partnerships and Councils on county-wide skills initiatives.
